The East (2013)
The East (2013) is a suspenseful thriller that follows Sarah Moss, an undercover operative for a private intelligence firm, tasked with infiltrating a radical eco-terrorist group called “The East.” Led by Benji, the group targets corrupt corporations and exposes their unethical practices. As Sarah gets closer to the group, she starts questioning her own values and the morally grey line between right and wrong. The movie explores themes of corporate greed, environmental activism, and personal transformation, ultimately questioning the price of doing what is right.
