Horrible Bosses (2011) is a dark comedy film about three friends—Nick, Dale, and Kurt—who are fed up with their toxic bosses. Each one faces unbearable situations at work: Nick is constantly mistreated by his tyrannical boss, Dave; Dale’s boss is sexually harassing him; and Kurt’s boss is a corrupt, drug-addicted maniac. After discussing their frustrations, they hatch a plan to murder their bosses. The movie follows their bumbling and hilarious attempts to carry out the scheme, resulting in chaos and unexpected twists.
