Air Bud (1997) follows a golden retriever named Buddy, who is abandoned by his owner and ends up in the town of Fernfield. He is adopted by a young boy, Josh, whose mother recently passed away. Buddy has an incredible talent for playing basketball, and his skills are quickly noticed by Josh’s school basketball team. Despite challenges from his previous owner, who wants Buddy back, Josh and Buddy form a strong bond. Together, they overcome obstacles and prove that teamwork, loyalty, and love are the keys to winning, both on and off the court.
