Red Dawn (2012)
“Red Dawn (2012)” is a high-octane action remake of the 1984 classic, set against the backdrop of a sudden foreign invasion of the United States. The story follows a group of spirited high school teenagers in Spokane, Washington, who turn into guerrilla fighters to defend their town and country. Led by Jed Eckert, played by Chris Hemsworth, and his brother Matt, portrayed by Josh Peck, the young patriots name themselves the Wolverines, after their school mascot. They undertake daring missions to reclaim their freedom, blending intense combat scenes with the emotional turmoil of losing their normal lives to become unexpected heroes.
